Kindle 2 promotional code

Today I ordered a Kindle 2 Ebook Reader device from Amazon.com, and looked for any Kindle 2 promotional code but it seems there is none for now. There used to be one, given by Oprah, but it’s long gone now. The only alternative is to apply for Amazon’s Card but because I live outside the US that isn’t an alternative for me.
Anyway I’m looking forward to receive it, and I will review it when it arrives. Looking forward for more time off pc, but still working. My eyes need some rest, what about yours?
Do you know that E Ink screen devices can be really good for your vision and they require little energy so battery life is really long? I have a good netbook but it’s not the same thing if you need to read for many, many hours a day.
