Before fixing an appointment with your physician, make sure you can convey all your physical conditions to him in an effective way. One way to do so is to take a notepad and write down what you need to say and ask to him or her. Also make sure you understand what he says. It is also necessary to take the prescribed medicines in the prescribed dose.
